Although from the outside it can't necessarily be described as 'high quality', the service and food can be seen as exactly that.A waiter who could train at the Ritz Hotel served with a warmth and professionalism that you can rarely enjoy.I can only rate the bacalhau, i.e. mackerel with rice with salad and garlic bread, but it tastes fantastic.
