Nice little place, nice people. Unfortunately the food was disappointing, we expected better given all the rave reviews. Very dry fish with potatoes from the oven. With a salad where the tomatoes tasted a bit stale. Shame!

We were staying in the village and were advised by our Airbnb hosts that we needed to pre-book, so we did. Just had to advise whether we wanted fish or meat - we chose fish. At max, the number of covers is 10, thus the prebook requirement. The meal was great. Appetisers of olives, bread, oranges with olive oil and honey followed by some great hake, served with salad and potatoes. Dessert of orange cake. Hostess was gracious and helpful and speaks pretty good English. Total bill, including a litre of house wine of €40 represented great value.
