The setting is great but it calls itself a Madeira restaurant but when you ask for Madeira dishes nothing is available: bolo do caco not available, coral (madeira beer) not available, milho frito not available. The other dishes are good, but no Madeira specialties... too bad given the name

Caipirinha seller who is just super nice and adorable, I feel sorry for her because her colleague is very bitter. She receives me very badly, asking me aggressively what I want, when she was cleaning the café. I ask him for a Frize, a drink. She doesn't understand anything, she gives me a Feez ice cream. I couldn't wait to leave the café. And what's more, the ice cream is the worst I've ever eaten in my entire life, really disgusting, it's like Tuli Creme. I don't advise anyone to try Feez ice cream.

At 1:30pm they stated that the cuisine was already closed, very rude, we tried to call to reserve table phone was switched off, and employee stated that we should have called however e asso recognise thay the phone was switched off.... Employee don't want to work ... Employer should pay more attention to what is happening in the restaurant
All staff is very rude, and they have no interest in working. We arrived at 1:35 pm and were told they could not accommodate us for lunch as the kitchen closes at 2 in a very rude way! There were tables free so really, no excuse. They need to hire new staff and a new manager to change this place otherwise they will lose all clients.

We loved the change!! Much more harmonious space, spectacular terrace! 5 star service and 10 star kebabs! Very juicy and tasty meat! Repeating! Very good price quality! I recommend this restaurant! Homemade poncha is great!

We visited Casa de Vila Madeira several times during our holiday in beautiful Portugal. Actually, we have been a fan of this nice restaurant since the first day of our holiday. Good services, delicious food and very good prices. We have had lunch and dinner here regularly and it was really delicious every time!
