The first warning sign was when we heard another customer saying his pizza was undercooked. When we received ours it was not hot and also undercooked, particularly the dough in the crust. When we advised them the excuse offered was that it was because the pizza had been sitting under a heat lamp. Naturally we dismissed this and we eventually got an apology when we showed them the inside of the crust could be rolled back into a ball of dough. Only an offer of a complimentary drink was offered.
Probably because it was undercooked, but the pizza base had little flavour. The tomato base also had little flavour and the toppings were sparse.
Then insult to injury came when we paid the bill by credit card and we had to pay, what I believe was their bank charge, for using the card!
Needless to say we will never be returning.

Any of the 3 pizzas chosen were excellent, especially the Prosciutto one, phenomenal sweets, I personally really liked the tiramisu, the atmosphere was very familiar and the staff were extremely attentive. Experience to repeat... Many congratulations to the owner, the boss and the staff ???
Parking: Being a summer town and having visited for dinner at the end of July, I think I even parked nearby and with some ease.

Because there are no more stars, we went on the recommendation of the b&b and it was a success, the lasagna was exquisite, everything was delicious. Gonzalo attended to us and recommended a very good wine. I recommend it 100%, all the staff that assisted us were 10.

Very good pizza with a not-at-all-crispy crust. We took four single ones (approx. 30 cm in diameter) and everything went in a jiffy ;)

The employees were very friendly and well disposed. Clean restaurant. Very good music and excellent quality pizzas. Best pizza in the Algarve, in Portugal. I had a very good mango and passion fruit lemonade. I took my cousin there because I was on vacation and I wanted to say goodbye to her before going to the Czech Republic. I advise anyone to go there and have a high level of customer service experience. Thank you very much to the entire team at Encantus pizzeria.?????????
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a terrace outside. And it's easy to take the chair inside.
