Get VITOR out of the restaurant door. WORST quality service. We arrived for lunch, we had made a reservation through The Fork, upon arriving we were unfortunately greeted by this grumpy employee, who almost denied us entry into the restaurant, saying nonsense about the reservation, which was so simple to change for us to win as customers, but We were treated badly and in an extremely rude and arrogant way. We were shocked by such a lack of politeness, but we were saved by the wonderful Sofia, who apologized for seeing the terrible service and was available to help us. But Vitor has the gift of leaving the environment heavy and sad. Restaurant was empty. I recommend that you ask Sofia to teach Vitor good manners. He doesn't like his work and wants the restaurant's doors to close at all costs. It just can! A shame, as we really wanted to eat there. But we ran out of atmosphere. The day Vitor is no longer part of the team, let us know and we'll be back.
