No table service, the call for orders was bad, in short, I didn't like it

Probably the worst experience I’ve had in a McDonalds.
Staff was basically forcing me to have Barbecue dip instead of the one I actually bought, Molho para Batatas and refused to give my money back. Gladly the manager was there and told her that she had to get the dip from the storage. Ordered a Coke Zero and got a normal Coke, when I complained she the Manager looked at me very surprised and shocked. There’re people that cannot have the amount of sugar present in a normal Coke, gladly not my case.
Definitely the worst service I’ve ever had, even more for the price we are currently paying for it.

The potatoes were not properly fried, and the drinks I ordered without ice, on the invoice it was mentioned without ice and even so it was bad, a burger was changed... Lots of people inside the premises and long waiting times. Furthermore, the car was well parked and it was marked on the premises. I don't recommend it!!!

Terrible service.
Mobile order, 25 minute wait and I had to pick it up at the counter as the order was already packed but forgotten on the counter

Waiting for a long time, the number scene wasn't right and it's stupid to speak English while most of the people there were Portuguese, they're forgetting that they only come for holidays and we're here all year round, I'm one of those people who never come in again in this

One of the most popular MacDonald's in the Algarve, always full. It takes some time to improve the facilities, which are too small for the number of customers. No specific space for coffee, cakes, etc. No service for months, service to improve.

Simply filthy establishment. The tables were full of rubbish and grease, to the point where the tray stuck to the table.
