The meal was lovely, beautiful steak tournedos, with nicely cooked vegetables and rosti. Enjoyed with a very smooth bottle of red wine and topped off with delicious profiteroles. The server was genuinely nice and attentive.

This is a bit of a challenge to find, but it is surely worth the effort. Extensive menu, with a local influence, with everything cooked to perfection. The house white is a local wine, which is superb - fruity, zesty, and that’s just the aroma. Quite simply some of the best food we’ve enjoyed anywhere for a long time. Pork medallions & monkfish both stunning. Great service as well. This is an absolutely “must visit”.
Ate here our first night in villamoura and came back again tonight . Excellent food and excellent service .

It was a steak with pepper sause and i 100% recommend you that!
My wife and I visited this restaurant last night for the umpteenth time and again we were not disappointed. If you enjoy fresh, tasty, well prepared and cooked food, in a refined yet simply elegant environment, this is the place to come and relax at a very reasonable price.
We went here last night and loved it. It’s in a quieter part of the town just set back from the marina, perfect for us with a baby in tow in the pram. The food was simple but very tasty. Great portion sizes as well. The lasagna and the linguine were super. Make sure you also order the apple pie at the end! Great quality, excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend.
Forget the surrounding restaurants. O’Vitorio is the best restaurant in Vilamoura. The food is fresh and delicious, incredible value for money - a peaceful haven to relax and enjoy a delightful evening. Emilia is a star! I’ve been coming here for almost 20 years and you simply can’t beat it. I took my sister tonight- we’ll be going back again tomorrow! Thankyou. X
The food here is super quality and so cheap. Keep coming back year after year and does not fail. Emilia is a star.
What an amazing restaurant this is. When the chef is the owner you know the food is going to be good. I would say its an authentic Portuguese restaurant. As a women sitting in the heat you don't want to be sticking to the chairs ad you do in many restaurants. No chance here as seats are all cushioned and tables have lovely crisp white tablecloths on and with cloth napkins. We dined here four consecutive nights after trying other restaurants in the vicinity and being disappointed with service, food and cost. The food is cooked to perfection and my husband even ended up having steak cooked medium rare (normally asks for it well done). The steak was like a joint of beef that that cut liked butter. The monkfish was the tastiest I have ever eaten and the scallops were delicious, even got the husband to try and he agreed they were very tasty. The sweets were all home made and when you ask to share they plated them up on two separate plates. The service from Amelia was outstanding, she knew what we wanted to drink do as we sat down the drinks were there. In my opion this is an absolute gem of a restaurant and we will be there seven nights in a row next year as we havnt made our way through the menu yet. The price is unbelievable for the quantity and quality of food you get. If you are in Villamoura this restaurant is a must!

Found this gem of a restaurant in 2022 and couldn't wait to return in August 2023. The owner is the chef and what an amazing chef he is. I have eaten food I would normally not choose. The scallops were amazing. My wife choose them and I said I would share, as not sure on taste. They divided them onto two plates, not your usual here's another fork. They did this for puddings too, which I may add were all home made and very tasty. The steak was cooked to perfection and was like cutting through butter. I usually have my steak well done but trusted the chef to cook it how he thought it should be and all I can say is WOW. My wife had monkfish and said it was the tastiest she had ever eaten. We worked our way through the menu on 4 consecutive nights and couldn't fault any thing. The complementary port at the end of the meal was some of the smoothest port I have ever drank. Big mention to the lovely waitress Amelia who made the experience even better. Looking forward to our return next year. Oh and the price is amazing, you will pay more in other restaurants but won't find the same quality of food.
Had a wonderful meal here with my family. The service was wonderful and the food was tasty and really good value. There were 8 of us and our meals ranged from tagliatelle, steak, chicken to spaghetti bolognese. Everyone commented on how delicious their food was. Portion sizes were generous too. Would highly recommend
Quite simply, the best restaurant in Vilamoura! We have been visiting this restaurant for many years and it is always incredible, Emilia is a fantastic host and treats all her customers like friends. We return several times during our holiday. The food is exceptional, whatever you order, it’s always cooked to perfection, we love the Cataplana, Aubergine Parmigiana, Salmon with Avocado, Chicken Peri Peri and the steaks are always perfect too. Perfect place to eat for a relaxing evening.
Our first visit to this restaurant & we weren’t disappointed. Fresh fish & meats, very tasty & at a reasonable price. The house wine was also nice! Would recommend.
