Waited to be served while two waitresses, Emilie and Jade served everybody around me - people who arrived after me - and totally ignored me. After 20 minutes I complained and both girls pretended they didn’t understand and didn’t speak one word of English. They were both rude and Jade had a sarcastic smile on her face. I went to the guy at the cash desk and asked for the complaints book which he refused to give me, saying he couldn’t find it. Been going to this place for years. It used to be friendly, clean with good service. It is now rubbish.
