Sabores do Churrasco Premium - Quarteira

Very bad, 9:40 pm on a Saturday and they refused to serve us. We arrived at the door where it says it closes at 00:00 and they told us now we only serve drinks. Terrible service!

Really bad food, especially for the price they charge. Premium only in name.

Service also much to be desired. Not going back.

Extremely unpleasant experience, do not go to this restaurant. We ordered 3 starters: soup, octopus vinaigrette and garlic prawns. The soup was very salty, while the other two dishes had no flavor whatsoever. We sent the dishes back, almost without eating anything, because they were really bad. We asked for the bill, to which the employee informed us that we would have to pay the bill in full, we told him to try the dishes but he said that he had already eaten today and that everything was good. We waited for the bill, which never arrived, and we went to call the employee, informing him that we wanted to leave and that if they didn't bring the bill we would leave without paying. They threatened to call the GNR, and I asked for the complaints book not only because of the terrible quality of the food but also because of the terrible customer service. After this, the manager came to our table and, after confirming that we had barely eaten anything, told us that we would only pay for the drinks and the vinaigrette, which among the dishes, was what we had eaten most because we were hungry. Still, this dish had no flavor, not even the vinaigrette that gives the dish its name. Taking into account the attitude of the manager, who apologized and confirmed that the dishes were of poor quality, we ended up not writing them in the complaints book. I would like to give 0 stars, but unfortunately it is not possible. We do not recommend this restaurant and we will not return!

Such a great little restaurant with very reasonable pricing for what you get. We needed a break from eating fish on our holiday so decided to drop in for some steak and were extremely happy that we did. The food was fantastic, the staff was very pleasant and suggested a great red wine that was a great match to our meals. We will definitely return in the future.

Myself and my partner decided to splurge on tonight's dinner as we are on our honeymoon, we had such high expectations on this. We decided to go with their Nombre Buffet. It was such a disappointment to say the least.
When we came in there were a few tables occupied, but after 30 minutes, a big table arrived. First, the side dishes were brought to us consisting of fried banana, fries, rice, beans, greens - the fries were so salty. So on our next order od side dishes we asked for no salt, side dishes didn't come out, roughly 20mins before the manager then asked us again what side dishes did we want again at last after 15 minutes (on top of the 20 minutes) the side dishes came. When the big table arrived, our table was completely forgotten about. The two guys that were going around with the meat, just passed our table without offering us any of the meat - there were meat left on the sticks. When they have noticed that we were getting frustrated, they then came to us twice and then forgot about us again. At this point we have been at the restaurant for more than an hour, barely tried the meats that was included in our menu. We got fed up and just paid. We told the the waitress about our experience and she was saying about a woman in the kitchen not being familiar with where things are - but there were food at the counter that were ready to be served that no one was serving. The woman in the kitchen isnt the one serving the meat either. So I don't know how that was the reason the service being appaling. We spent roughly €50pp, therefore expected something great - considering the good reviews we saw before coming. I recommend, you either go during off peak time (early or late dinner possibly) or have a big table - you definitely wont be forgotten, or else you will just have a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

I was there with my husband and the place is beautiful, however, we went on 05/02/2024 and as soon as we arrived we were told that the stove had a problem and was being replaced and that in 20 minutes the rotation was already possible.
We waited because we saw a good review on the internet, but when it started we noticed the slow service, the meats took a long time to come and were poorly cooked, even raw at times, the waiter must have been new and was nervous and after two hours we decided to leave and just Then a second barbecue chef came to bring us meat that hadn't been cooked yet and we said we were leaving.
We saw another table complaining too.
It's a shame because the place is beautiful but it was just beauty
