A wonderful gem in Vilamoura! From the time we arrived until we left, the service was fantastic. The waiters were attentive, professionally skilled and made good recommendations for food and drink. We started with drinks that tasted heavenly.
The concept is sharing and you have a large and exciting selection of fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. We ate four courses and were full.
The place is cozy decorated and the food arrived quickly. The waiters always poured wine and water, and were very pleasant and service minded.
Definitely recommend Salmora to others visiting Vilamoura!
Vegetarian options: Several dishes with only vegetables, as well as lots of fish and shellfish.

A nice restaurant just behind the marina. Looks stylish from the front and was not expecting the nice little courtyard round the back. Food was served tapas style and everything came well presented and tasty. Highlight was the John Dory nuggets. We shared 4 plates between 2 with a starter which left us wanting more. However after ordering dessert this left us feeling full particularly the apple pie which was huge.
Price was maybe on the high side at just over €100 for two with a couple of cocktails but in my opinion worth it for the quality and service which was faultless and attentive.

We arrived at the restaurant, which was empty, in fact there were tables that weren't even ready for dinner, at 9:30 pm, we asked for a table for 4, after about 5 minutes they came to inform us that they were full. They must use some criteria that I don't know about. Nothing against blondes with blue eyes, but since I'm not blonde and I don't have blue eyes, that must have been why.
