Fabulous restaurant and location. Perfect balance of great atmosphere and lovely food. Great to escape the hussle and bustle of Vilamoura and relax in the charming surroundings. ?
Lovely spot for lunch out on the terrace. Great views out over the course and putting green. Food was very good in general. Just a shame about the service which was hit and miss to say the least. The staff were swarming all over Louis Van Gaal and waved him off when he left, but were happy to ignore a lot of other patrons.
This is essentially the club house of the Royal and Ocean Golf courses. It is open to non golfers and is a great, underrated central point for VDL. The centre also includes shops/hairdresser/chemist/spa etc. It is only a ten minute walk to the praca and the beach. There is a formal restaurant, lovely lounge and a casual deck area where you can just have a drink or food. The tuna pizza was the best ever. The staff are friendly and some are quite chatty. There is often live music....
