Restaurant with a great atmosphere in front of the beach. The problem in this restaurant is really the quality-price ratio. With such a price I expected an explosion of flavors with a much higher level. This is not the case. It's very good but nothing more at a very high price. It's a bit of a tourist trap restaurant. I expected better given the price.

Restaurant whose manager is very racist!!! I have never been so poorly received with my grandchildren who are mixed race. The director considers himself the king of the world and above all more important than his clients. Don't set foot there if you can't stand racism. It's a shame!!!!

Hello Monday August 10, 2024 we had reserved for the whole family we were greeted by a vulgar person with racist remarks we are not allowed to return with a Gucci or Louis Vuitton bag according to the security agent in Portugal the bags its forbidden in the restaurant I do not recommend this place very dear with the horrible welcome I am Portuguese and I am shocked by the behavior ??

Amazing place to spend the day. Not to busy and the entertainment was great. The staff made sure we had the best time and were always on hand to help out. Recommend getting a cabana to guarantee a place to sunbathe and relax in style!! Can wait to go back next year and every year.

Refused without any valid reason. Tells us to wait 1 hour, in the end still refuses us entry. We returned there the next day at 10:00 a.m., there was no one there but we were still refused entry. Racist, because between Portuguese we returned, but as soon as we came with a North African, IMPOSSIBLE TO ENTER. RUN AWAY!

With a group of friends or family, Well is definitely the place to go. It's a fantastic combination of wonderful sushi and guaranteed entertainment. The staff are always very attentive and helpful, never missing a thing, not to mention the space, which is also super pleasant. Definitely a place not to be missed!

In my opinion this place has gone down hill quickly since last year. Food was disappointing but main issue is cleanliness. There are no pool cleaners and things like drinks and fake tan pollute the pool. A boy had an accident with blood dripping from his mouth and no one cleaned up the blood on the pool side. A big cocktail was spilled in the pool also. Families made comments like “shut your mouth or don’t put your head under”. Mould was visible and a lot of tiles are missing. I’d say there is a lack of chlorine in the pool. Result for us was a child laid low with tummy bug for 3 days. This place prioritises security and sandy buckets over toilets being cleaned and pool. The down stairs pool which is kept a little more exclusive is a cleaner than the upstairs. I’d suggest this place is good with dark sunglasses on with a few drinks in hand. Rather than eyes wide open.
