Incredible value for delicious food and super hospitable service. The cover of chorizo, cheese and bread is outstanding as is the steak and tiramisu. We actually didn’t have cash that evening but they were more than happy for us to return the next day to pay the bill. True local hospitality and incredibly rare. Highly recommend getting the cover of bread, cheese and chorizo. Delicious!

Very nice, traditional restaurant.
Serving is served outside on the terrace under the parasol. Everything that comes out of the kitchen looks very tasty. The starter only comes if requested. Mine
My fish with homemade fries was a poem.

Everything was done to prepare a table for us without reservation and despite the crowds.

Insider tip for steak lovers, I got the tip from a local. You get your steak half-finished on a very hot lava stone and can continue to fry it individually. We can also highly recommend the Aperol Sprizz and dessert. The price-performance ratio is simply unbeatable. The service is very warm (they also speak German), accommodating and you feel very comfortable. The boss also adds up the bill on the tablecloth. We will definitely go there again for dinner on holiday, highly recommended

Delicious food in a warm and authentic atmosphere.
We had the steak on stone and a grilled salmon as well as starters and dessert - all very tasty and very fairly priced. But above all we liked the warm manner - we felt very comfortable and can only warmly recommend this restaurant. It's a bit out of the way, but also very idyllic. If you're in the area, definitely stop by.

Atypical family restaurant both in the plate and in the atmosphere. We ate three evenings in a row to say that we really appreciated Maria and her daughter taking great care to make us have a great time and the bill on the corner of the table was really great, we loved it.

Typical Portuguese cuisine with a very good quality/price ratio. The owner takes care of you and treats you like a mother. It is worth knowing it and trying good homemade food.

We had a great evening in this family place. We recommend this restaurant to everyone who passes by and especially at the time of the bill when Maria sits at the end of the table to give you the bill. ?

This cozy, family-run restaurant boasts a relaxed atmosphere with a lovely outdoor seating area. The staff are as friendly and inviting as you'd hope, and the food is good, featuring a variety of dishes that cater to every palate.
The Sangria we had was the strongest we've encountered so far—definitely not for the faint-hearted! Plus, there's an adorable, friendly dog who loves greeting guests and never says no to a good back scratch.

Quaint authentic restaurant in the village. Very good food at a very fair price. The dogs sometimes run around and beg with pitying eyes. The television is running in the background and the exciting football game is being diligently commented on by the guests. The boss is super friendly and speaks German fluently. If you want to experience Portugal, you MUST come here. We will come back in any case
