The most important thing in advance: here you will experience an unbeatable price-performance ratio. There is certainly more sophisticated cuisine, but it is also delicious here and you can enjoy authentic Portuguese cuisine. As is often the case, various grilled dishes are offered here, from various meats to fish. My beef steak was good, although the meat was served in several thin slices and had a few tough spots. The degree of cooking was impeccable, so I would try it again another time. There were also French fries and they were exceptionally good, not too thin, potato-like on the inside, crispy on the outside and made in very good frying oil, so that they neither contained any air nor were there any bits of cookie-like consistency that were annoying. I have rarely had such perfect French fries. But that wasn't all. You basically get a menu there. First there was a green salad with tomatoes and onions, but you have to make the dressing yourself. I recommend ordering sugar as well, it makes the dressing much more palate-friendly. You can get a second helping of the salad at no extra charge. Bottled ketchup with the fries and piri-piri sauce with the meat were also included. There were various desserts to choose from. I took the fruit salad, it was freshly made. I chose a clear schnapps to spice up the dessert. Due to a misunderstanding I was given a shot glass full, half would have been enough. I then clarified this using the translation app. I recommended that the fruit salad should generally be offered that way. And at the end I should definitely have a coffee or tea, but I don't like that after eating. At the very beginning, various alcoholic drinks were suggested to me with my meal, but I preferred a Coca Cola. This was ice cold and as it should be. And everything together only cost an incredible 13 euros. The atmosphere there is somewhere between a bar and a village restaurant.
