The wait time between courses is insane, served the bread and meat ball first, and we ended up waiting for half an hour to get the next dish. In addition, the valet parking is secretly overcharging for $4, I was told it's supposed to be $18 but actually got charged for $22, that's disappointing.
CHECK YOUR BILL. First and last time coming here. Our server Shantel was not friendly. Took half of our party's drink order, when we stopped her she was annoyed. Rushed us through our order, and disappeared for the rest of the service until it was time for the bill. We were charged $140 for two drinks we didn't order. The food was very average. Sadly, will not be coming back and cannot recommend.
First time in this place and the place looks like a fairytale with the tree in the middle of the dining. The bar is everywhere is well lit. Service though, is just okay. We felt like we are being rushed by taking our plates and drinks when there's still food on the plates. The drinks are spectacular, pricey but you can taste the alcohol the food is amazing too. We got the brunch pre-fixed. I think for the value of the courses, it's better of to get al carte.
For an in Italian is difficult to give a feedback to an intalian restaurant. First the good point: Service and Location- atmosfere: really so good, very perfect service ( they served to us sparkling wine when they discored that was a special occasion) and the atmosfere was really high level. For the food we decided to have a brunch: was good but the truffle had neither taste nor smell, it didn't seem fresh, let's say. Overall a nice experience, maybe trying the first courses I would have given a different rating on the food
So good ! Everything was perfect main courses did take a little long but nothing too crazy had a live DJ great music , drinks where not only visually appealing but strong would come back 10/10 for me
We've come here twice now and had the best experience. The food is amazing and our server Christoph was so funny and very knowledgeable about the menu, everything he recommended was delicious. Beautiful restaurant with great food and service, would definitely recommend trying it!
Upon arrival we were greeted by front of house staff where they checked us in and told us to hang around the area whilst they double checked the table was ready. 25 minutes later after hovering around where other people were socialising, we were then seated into what felt a compacted area. We were so close to the other couples either side of us it felt like we were at a group dining experience. The website stipulates a dress code discouraging baseball caps and stating shorts were not permitted but upon entering the establishment it was clear that this was not the case, as multiple people (groups) were wearing a form of hat and a several others were in shorts.
Came here this past weekend to celebrate my birthday week with family. For appetizers we had “The Meatball” which was a table favorite. To drink I had the Bubble Berry cocktail which was very tasty. For my entree I had the Spaghetti Bolognese and others in my party had the Salmon. While I enjoyed being able to have fresh Parmesan grated unto my dish until my heart's desire, I would have to say the Bolognese lacked in salt, flavor and meat in the sauce. It was just ok, but I was expecting much better from a Resturant who prides themselves in Italian staples. The salmon has a more “wild” taste that wasn't quite enjoyed so it was sent back to the kitchen, however, we did order another meatball to replace it. Our server Karissa was very attentive and made sure to attend to all of our needs throughout our dining experience. I loved the birthday treat they brought out for me at the end of the meal. It was such a sweet touch. I also liked the antipasti that was brought out before our courses. Overall, Lavo is an incredibly beautiful restaurant. I would recommend it as a place to get great drinks and apps on a girls night out or a good date night spot. I may give the food another try in the future.
What a shane it's a beautiful restaurant but we were placed in an awful area that looked like a tunnel with no atmosphere whatsoever. When asked to be moved into the main room ( that was empty) we were told they would not accommodate us.
The service and food were delicious. There was a small problem, but the staff found the solution right away. We were very pleased with our experience and can't wait to go back.

The service and atmosphere in this place was great. This restaurant did not disappoint at all in those areas. The food was good but it didn't justify the price point. We ate the chick parm, spaghetti, broccolini, spinach and ravioli. Ravioli was great just small portion. The chicken parm was a la carte, which was surprising for the price point that nothing accompanied the protein. Spaghetti was good but didnt justify price point. Broccolini came out cold and was underwhelming. The spinach was great temperature and wasn't worth buying again. Overall great place to visit for the service and ambiance(music was great). The food, wasn't sold for the price point.
Beautiful restaurant! We went for Sunday Brunch. The ambiance was great, with a D.J inside the restaurant. The service was amazing. The food was very tasty. They have valet, which is quite expensive ($18).
The food was subpar for the price. The meat was not great and neither was the pizza. Even their iced coffee came room temperature without any ice. Their service is excellent and the place is beautiful.
The ambiance was good but too loud for Sunday brunch with a DJ. Also we ordered the prix fix brunch (advertised as a selection from the bakery cart, choice of entree, and choice of dessert) and we found out after we ordered that they selected the pastries and dessert for us? So we ended up getting things we didn't want, if we knew we didn't get to make the selections we probably would have ordered something else. Generally the food was fine but not really worth the money. I was bummed.
From the moment I stepped into LAVO, I knew I was in for an extraordinary experience. The ambiance is a perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy warmth, the music was nice and made it feel very welcoming. (My family and I did a Sunday brunch). However, my husband and I are planning to go back at night for a nice romantic dinner or a night out with friends, LAVO offers the perfect setting. The service was impeccable. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and they went out of their way to ensure every aspect of our dining experience was perfect. Their knowledge of the menu and wine pairings added an extra layer of sophistication to the evening. (It's kid friendly and you can find something in the menu for your little ones) Now, onto the food—simply put, it was divine. Every dish was a masterpiece, from the appetizers to the desserts. The flavors were bold yet perfectly balanced, and the presentation was as stunning as it was appetizing. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the seafood was fresh and flavorful. Each bite was a testament to the chef's culinary expertise. The signature cocktails were also a highlight, each crafted with creativity and precision. They were the perfect complement to the meal, enhancing the flavors without overpowering them. LAVO is more than just a restaurant; it's an experience. Whether you're a foodie looking for your next great meal or someone looking to celebrate a special occasion, LAVO is the place to be. I can't wait to return and explore more of their exquisite menu.
