Just home after enjoying a delicious meal here. First time visiting and would thoroughly recommend it. Very relaxed setting with extremely polite staff . Great value for money

Beautiful food, excellent service and hospitality. We have high expectations of our curry being from Bradford, England. This was excellent and I would highly recommend.

We came almost when they were ready to close for break , and still were very warmly welcomed and not rushed . The food was amazing. We took lamb with eggplant , rice, buttered naan bread and green salad.

I been here several times and the food has consistently been of a very high standard. I can see why trip advisor credits had been previously given … I think it’s time that the cook should enter a few competitions for food …. A good chance they might win some !

Indian Curryhouse in Armação de Pera, Lagoa, is a lovely little find, We went there randomly, One evening, never been before! 3 adults, one child. (11) Lovely calm atmosphere, nicely decorated, we went in the evening, had no problem with getting a table - just turned up Staff are very attentive and polite. The food we had two different types of rice, special and plain Tandoori chichen 2× chichen Tikka 4x poperdoms with the sauces, (Sauces were lovely flavours) And drinks, + two small beers and 2x Fanta.. Price come to €48.50 which we thought was good value. (£41) in English money. Come out hot, with hot plates and cutlery was covered up for you to open when your ready. Food tasted amazing, lovely flavours, probably the best we've had. ? (Better than the UK) Would definitely recommend ? ?

Best Indian food in Lisbon area

After seeing very positive reviews myself and my husband visited on Friday. We had booked in advance. The experience was terrible, the food awful and the staff lacked interest. One of the dishes ordered was okra, it looked like a burnt dish of straw, and tasted terrible. The chicken kebab was dry and lacked flavour. I also ordered mushroom rice which turned out to be the same pilau rice as my husband had but with a few mushrooms and onions stirred through (no signs the red and green peppers advertised in the menu). Another dish, a lamb supposed to be with chick peas had garden peas instead. My rose wine had sediment in the bottom and took20 minutes to have it replaced. We did complain but our comments fell on deaf ears with replies of how difficult and expensive it was to source fresh ingredients. Although I have some sympathy with that there is no excuse for poorly cooked food.

Another flavor-explosion ? what a wonderful restaurant. Fantastic food, great service, lovely touches with copper cutlery and branded water bottles. Great family/old friends run business. Highly recommend
