A magical experience and a must in the Azores. Grab a drink and take a stroll around the garden as the sun sets then sit down to a multicourse meal of delicious, truly local (as local as it gets) food. The preparations are simple and humble, so if you’re expecting a Michelin style meal, you’ll possibly be let down. However, if you appreciate a home cooked meal of the highest level, this is nothing but a memorable experience.
This was one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Every dish was mouth watering and the wine pairing was perfect. I will no doubt be eating here again the next time I'm in São Miguel.
Yes. So much yes. All the yes. This was one of the top dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was top tier. The service was flawless. The quality was top notch. It was so lovely to be able to get up with a freshly poured glass of wine and walk around the farm in between courses or have them come one after the next. The freshness of ingredients was unparalleled. The owner was an absolute gem of a human, as sweet and as gracious as can be, and working just as hard as the rest...
