Bad service, cold and insufficient food. We ordered prawns and they gave us 4 cold prawns. Because they had, they didn't have ice or spoons.

Terrible service, preparation leaves a lot to be desired and the freshness of the ingredients too.They didn't have a topping from a pre-defined menu and they didn't let you change it to another one.

Acceptable. We ate two pad thai, one with shrimp and one with chicken. Without further ado. I didn't like the lemonade at all.It is interesting to see how they make the food live, I found it quite hygienic.The service was average, the person taking the order was not friendly. I ordered a chicken Pad Thai.It should have come with the warning "may contain traces of chicken"...Little flavor, lots of noodles and very few ingredients.Disappointed.

The service is always impeccable and the last time I was served by an employee who was especially quick and efficient, I liked the service. The food is always really good.However, while the food is usually good, and it was, I am a vegan and the proximity of wok food containers causes accidental cross-contamination, regardless of the employee's good effort.⚠️ That is, a little piece of meat fell on my plate. I only noticed it while eating the pasta. I didn't eat it of course. I didn't formally complain, which I normally would, but I leave the suggestion that they have vegetables and fhungi separated on one side, meat on another and sauces on another. A small separation is enough and risks and serious claims are naturally avoided.I never wanted to eat there again because I'm afraid of it and it's a shame.This chain of restaurants would benefit from some tweaks and the addition of some ingredients such as thin rice noodles, for example, and even other varieties of ingredients, such as fried tofu in cubes, as you see in Germany (but there I only pay € 2.50 at Hamburg train station ? although I fully understand the price range here and have consumed it without a problem).I love that there is this option in shopping centers and I love the products and I believe they can innovate.I hope they improve these details and they've been doing a great job for a long time. The 3 stars are just to inspire improvements. I'll be happy to go back and climb them when I see it's more secure. ? It's just that it's serious to drop meat on a plate ordered vegan and informed by the customer as having that specificity.

For a pasta meal it's not very economical but it's tasty.

Very lousy not to say my but very bad all the raw vegetables and too big I have eaten in other franchises of this food and this had never happened to me this was served by a boy who looked like he was 16 years old I think it was his first time of note that he does not have no experience

I just ate food with some ingredient I couldn't detect, namely mold. I didn't like it, I don't recommend it and I will never eat at this place again

It's quite good... for a shopping center where there are usually fast pre-cooked meals, you can see how they make them since you're in front of the cook waiting for me to deliver the dish you ordered... I recommend it if you like Asian woks. ..
