You will need to book in advance to get a place at this small but unbelievable restaurant. Very cosy and well decorated with nice atmosphere. The staff is very professional and the service is quick! The food is amazing and you can tell it is presented with care and delicacy however it is a bit expensive. There is no bottles on the table...and there is a huge variety of wines to choose from. Prepare to spend money on this "department" if you enjoy wine! This is not a common restaurant and you will find that.
For one off experience is 09/10.

The food was actually excellent but I fully agree with the other review about the ridiculous markup on the wine, particularly since it's unlisted on the menu and the only available option by the glass when you ask. Even in Switzerland, the only option by the glass isn't over 12.50

A 5* for the palate in Sao Miguel, very close to the capital and where it is increasingly difficult to find space, so the first thing is to reserve and then take your time and enjoy, accompanying with sea bream or any other fish washed down with a good wine

This restaurant is quite expensive, but still worth it. Try the sautéed mushrooms, they were the best dish we had. Salad was very cheap but still a big portion. My friend who ordered the steak found it very juicy. Very good, let them cook.

Excellent. Everything very fresh and at the right point. I recommend the dishes with fresh regional fish. We ate grilled Grouper and Lily with delicious rice. Dessert was red fruit cheesecake. All washed down with a Rola pipas (a good white wine from Pico). The only drawback is the price, which despite being high is acceptable considering the quality served.
Truly fantastic all across the board. The food, drinks, service and vibe are all excellent. Definitely make a reservation to snag a table as this is a very intimate space. Very accommodating to us as we were traveling with 2 small children. Always means a lot to us when restaurants go above and beyond for families. Hope to get a chance to eat here again in the future!

I passed by by chance, I stopped, as it said, at a corkscrew tavern and I wanted to have something to eat and when I noticed that there was nothing in the tavern as the prices were extremely high, which was exaggerated, my wife and I ate a fish soup which was good but only a little bit on the plate as when I saw the list I didn't order anything else because a glass of beer €4.80, 2 soups €21 and a water that comes in their bottle that I ordered from the small ones that weren't even opened in front of the customer, it was €2.85, an exaggeration Well, a restaurant not to return to
