I hereby express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the service I received at your restaurant.
On August 8th, I visited your establishment for lunch and chose the veal jardineira dish. To my surprise and disappointment, when I started the meal, I discovered that the dish contained only three pieces of meat.
I went to the waitress who served me to ask that they bring me some more meat, since I was paying for a plate of veal jardineira and not just a plate of potatoes. The waitress went to speak to the cook, who is also the owner of the restaurant, and came back with the information that the jardinier had already run out and that it would not be possible to make up for the lack of meat. Furthermore, I was not presented with any alternative solution.
Given this response, I asked to speak directly to the cook. When I explained my situation, I was verbally mistreated by the lady, who accused me of being a liar, pointing the finger at me, shouting at me and stating that the dose had been well served, which was not true.
I consider this type of service completely unacceptable. Not only was the amount of meat on the plate insufficient, but the way the situation was handled by the restaurant owner was disrespectful and offensive.
I hope that this complaint is taken into consideration and that appropriate measures are taken to ensure that situations like this do not happen again. Service quality and customer satisfaction must be priorities for any establishment. In room service, Ana and Vanessa did the best they could and tried to do what should always be done in an establishment: the customer is the focus!

I think there should be a little more experience when serving customers. I waited 35 minutes to be served (table forgotten), after picking up the meal plates we immediately ordered the sweets, once again forgotten, they went to serve two tables after us and pick up plates. We were forced to get up to pay. In total 1:25h for lunch on a daily basis where we only have 1h for lunch.

Good food, somewhat sacrificial service and lack of organization and priorities, after ordering they didn't come back to the table, they had to call the waiter to bring the drinks, the food came right after, they were more concerned with clearing tables than serving and serving those who were still eating, when we finished and then they lifted half the plates and didn't come back to the table, they went to pick up dishes from other empty tables, we had to call them.... to have access to the desserts.... from then on It was quick because there was only our table and one other, but even so, more than half of the employees were setting up tables...
