Poncha O Baú dos Reis

Terrible service. The friendliness when he came here was lost due to the people behind the counter being so rude. The worst service on Madeira Island. 200 meters away we find the 5-star Tasca da Poncha.

Friendly staff. The service is fast. It has a variety of side dishes (lupinions, chicken wings...). Com. Good views of the valley. Mountain range. Of water. Very popular place with. Few places abroad. It has indoor seating. There are good punches of various types. Clean bathrooms.

Parking: Parking on the side of the road but. Away from her. Leaving the parking lot is sometimes difficult because there is a lot of traffic on the road, hence the need for assistance from someone on the street to make the exit maneuver.

low quality service with very rude employees ... very weak poncha ... and the crowbar only makes 2 at a time ... but the price on the menu is 1, that is to have access to the product we have to order two even if you are only going to drink 1 . The waitress was super rude and unfriendly with us. She mixed almost everything with our order. One of us is vegetarian, she ordered a sandwich without ham. At first she got a hamburger and than some bread with cheese . She asked for some vegetables and than she had to pay more 1,50€. Ridiculous!!!!I would not recommend you to eat here!

typical tavern, almost only visited by locals, therefore ideal for those who want to eat typical of the country, very friendly service. Simple but very tasty food, e.g. B. Chicken wings and cod (cold, pickled cod, very tasty), poncha is recommended

Loved the interior and exterior of the business!!! Super inviting... The environment is very good and calm...They have a wide variety of drinks and snacks...All at a good price ? I recommend!
