Recently, some customers noted issues such as no ice or ice cream, and problems with the machines and delivery service. Despite these inconveniences, the service was praised for being very good, with quick and excellent food delivery. The restaurant was also found to be clean and pleasant, with a kids' play room available. However, there was disappointment over a new rule limiting ketchup to two per order, requiring an extra payment for more.
