The burgers are the best but the price, every time I go there the same menu always increases, that's why only 2 stars, I have to add that today Sunday 28/07/2024 I went to Burger King Rua Antônio Aleixo and what was my I'm surprised, they had the air conditioning turned off with the temperature outside at 30 G when I went to get the drinks, the 2 ice machines were out of order? and I ordered ice cream and they also had the only machine out of order?, close the door and after everything is sorted then open it with conditions ⛈️⛈️⛈️

Worst Burger King I've ever seen! In the 1 month since I came to this BK, there is no ice, there is no ice cream, today I came here again, there is no paper in the machines, the cashier served customers while chewing gum, TV orders didn't even show up, Fast-Food only in name because 30 minutes of waiting to be served is unacceptable... The supposed delivery to the table also doesn't exist as it doesn't even have the number plates... Coca-cola has a strange taste, Nestea is hot, at least during the I waited for 5 customers to make exchanges because they got the wrong product, but there is something good I can say! At 00h they had customers inside the establishment and decided to change from Burgue King to Disco King, I even did a little Kizomba with my friend... Anyway, I'm not saying that the list could increase

At dinner, the restaurant was practically empty and we had to wait around 15 minutes for our order to arrive cold! When we complained about the situation they still looked bad!
Simply horrible. I had already ruled out this type of service, but while visiting a family member in Paris, I went to have lunch at Burger King, against my will, but to my surprise, the burgers were great. It didn't even look like fast food. Returning home I decided to give this establishment a chance in the hope of being different. And it really is different. For worse, much worse. cold burgers, without seasoning, the taste of heated meat, simply inedible. I started reading the responses to the reviews and it simply makes me want to ask the person giving these responses if they've ever eaten there. I got home and both my meal and my wife's were thrown in the trash (I didn't have the courage to give it to my dog) and I was forced to order another meal from outside.
