I've eaten at several of the Rui dos Pregos restaurants, and I can say with certainty that this is by far the worst of their restaurants. Poor service, employees who don't deign to stop to listen to the customer and when they stop don't respond, they simply nod their heads. They can't even put the dishes on the table, if it's too far away they expect the customer to pick up the dish and take it to the other end of the table, all of this of course without saying anything strictly and leaving the customers without saying anything. Adding to the terrible service, they don't even have Sport TV in the restaurant, nor in the lowest restaurants do you see this, how can this happen in a brewery... To eat at this franchise, you need to detour to any other restaurant in the area. I would recommend intensive training for this customer service staff, however I understand that friendliness is difficult to teach.

When the family's intention is to eat out, close to home, Rui is always one of the proposals made and almost always the option taken in unison. We never felt defrauded. The food and friendly service are the reason for the family's choice.

I had the opportunity to go there twice and loved the experience. Super attentive, I ate fried cuttlefish which was delicious accompanied by some good fries, all in large quantities. The rest of the guests went for the steak on the house and we all left wanting to go back and that's what we'll do soon, on the occasion of a birthday. Thank you to the whole team

Today was my first, and last, experience with this restaurant, I just ordered a slice of bread to take away, and I hoped that the food would live up to the name of the restaurant, or vice versa, I cook Portuguese food, and honestly, I have never eaten a few slices inside a bread so bad in my entire life, for a dish, said to be freshly made, it was cold and without any flavor, not to say that it didn't taste like anything, it tasted like the crushed raw garlic they put inside, without any type of sauce, it was simply bread cut in half with very thin slices of some kind of meat, they should be ashamed to call that Prego. The Coca-Cola was good, but I think it was ordered! (sarcasm)
