Burger King's quality system should go to this establishment in disguise several times and draw its conclusions, the burger lacks ingredients, I've complained about 3 times, the burger is very poor, even when assembled, it's miserable, it looks like there were just leftovers and they put it in the snack, and sometimes also cold. I believe that at most twice the burger came out well done.

First time at Burger King we received drinks that were half full and they told us that "it's always like this". What's ridiculous is that we asked for regular cola and zero cola and the guy brought 2 glasses of cola that were half full. I also brought the wrong burger. And there is an employee who doesn't speak Portuguese or understand English (English is my first language). It has already descended to this level where someone like that takes care of our food. To be avoided. A shame for Portugal

The food is standard at every Burger King, nothing adds. Regarding the service, it is competent, polite, also up to standards. The atmosphere of the place is a little cold and without adding much, it's a place that doesn't tie us to the space (but I also believe that's the intention, it's not a restaurant).
For improvements:
This is a repair for improvement, in this burger King there was an interactive games space, for the kids that has not been working for a long time, they are only losing out with this situation, because it could be a reason for the kids to want to go there more often , as it is a differentiating factor, therefore nothing makes it memorable.
One more thing they need to improve is the cleaning of the toilets to be more regular/thorough.
Either way, I recommend it.
Parking: Few parking spaces.
Kid-friendliness: They do not have any type of attraction for children.
The time information says that the drive closes at 3am and I arrived at 2am and they said it was already closed

I didn't like the service, it started with the employee to whom I made the payment who made an ugly face, I asked for an ice cream and everyone was more concerned about cleaning it before closing than placing the order, then one looked at the tray and asked if it was ready. done... all this in front of the customer... good thing I wasn't the mystery shopper....
