It's almost like being at a family home, a unique environment that tourists haven't yet discovered. One day they'll find out and we'll be screwed, but until then we'll have fun. Francesinha sauce takes 3 days to make and has a unique texture and flavors, reminiscent of Cufra before being sold to the "orange mixture" that infected so many good Porto francesinhas coming from Braga, a calamity in my opinion more serious than the of the Asian hornet....
