Very disappointed, the staff were more concerned with watching football than serving and doing things right, the food was terrible, everything was cold and had zero flavor I ordered picanha and see for yourself, the look says it all!

I went to the establishment, on 07/28/2024 (I'm ahead making the comment), my wife and I were served by a Brazilian boy with braids. I haven't seen such a grumpy person working in many years. We were left with the feeling that he was doing us a favor and that we were not paying to perform his service. I don't recommend attending this place, especially if the person in charge is the same guy.

Francesinha with pre-made fries, terrible for the price paid, deserved better. Not to mention the service, we spent 5 minutes waiting for the food to be plated (potatoes, rice and salad) as there was no one to do it... When it was served it was already cold. I don't recommend it!!

I was at the traditional rotation for the first time and I can say that everything went very well. Friendly service, very good quality of meat, highlighted by the picanha which was very good. The buffet doesn't have much variety, but what was available was very well prepared and of high quality (especially the fried banana). Experience to be repeated again and again.

After the new management changed some things. The staff don't seem to be very happy with the service, the food wasn't “all that good” either, they charge extra for a piece of fried banana, a wilted salad… It left a lot to be desired.

A real shame. We arrived at 1:58 pm to have lunch in the room and were told that they no longer served the rotation room because they closed the service at 2:30 pm. They simply sent us away without serving us. The employees stood with their arms crossed, doing nothing but talking to each other. Maybe this is one of the reasons why they stole and bankrupted their boss. Regrettable.
We went with the idea of going to this restaurant for dinner, however, as our 4 year old son wanted MC Donald's (normal for children) and we were taking a tray, we were prohibited from entering the restaurant. The manager who served us said that trays were not allowed, so we suggested putting the food on the table, but it was not allowed anyway. He said what he could do and I quote: "the boy eats outside at a table and then you come in and eat". In a word, INADMISSIBLE. I'm sorry because we were regular customers and this issue was never an impediment.

The worst experience we had. We went with 5 people. My wife and my children arrived at 2pm and until 3pm the barbecue chef came to our table 3 times, one with chicken, another with sausage and the other with rump. What's more, it was horrible. Both us and the table next to us went to complain, and the gentleman, who I think was the table manager, was still arrogant. Bad environment, bad quality. I don't recommend it to anyone.
