Shameful! Shameful! I visited the restaurant today, November 15th at 7:15 pm, the restaurant was completely empty with no orders pending other than digital orders. I ordered a bucket of 5 pieces and 4 wings and waited. There were 1,2, 3, 4 UberEats orders and nothing came out of my order. After 17 minutes I went to the employee because my order disappeared from the screen and he said "didn't my colleague inform you that it would take a while?" They didn't say anything to me, I asked for my money back and left without food after 20 minutes. I hope digital orders are the success of this restaurant, the service is terrible!

Terrible service from this KFC. I ordered a bucket for 2 and they sent the potatoes swapped, recessed and cold. The chicken strips were passable, I can't say for sure that they weren't fresh, but the chicken wings were very dry and should have been fried at lunch and probably sat out all afternoon. To make matters worse, they put the cold drinks on top of the food. Unbelievable how a chain like KFC lends itself to such poor service. I do not recommend!
