The place was too hot, we stayed in a room without air conditioning. When we tried to go out for air, the staff said we couldn't. When we wanted to pay to be able to leave, they said it wasn't possible because we were with a group. It is possible to pay separately, but the entire table had to be there to leave (13 people), when only 2 wanted to leave the restaurant. Inadmissible, especially when the reason was the responsibility of the restaurant and we were not the only complaints. Zero understanding on the part of the STAFF.
