“I am a FAN of Guinness, they have it, on tap, the music is my style, for those of 60 with a somewhat varied taste but good music. Different places to enjoy, very large screens with sports, today it's O games. And unbeatable, trustworthy attention, to repeat and repeat...“

“Best BREWERY in Porto and surrounding areas. The spot that combines all the points I look for in a brewery:
Well located, with an excellent atmosphere and an appropriate atmosphere (from the music to the attentive staff).
The food is top notch and the beer isn't even mentioned! With options for all tastes and shapes.
Do you like beer? So you have to try it at J’agora ?“

“Beautiful place with a really nice, odd type of decor. Very handy, in the center of Porto.I ordered a Home Paloma and was very disappointed because the drink was VERY sour, granted it's a cocktail with grapefruit but still, very overpowering. That could just be my taste though.Price is a little high for what you get but given the location, it's understandable.“

“This store is a solid 10/10! The food is great, as is the service. We ordered a burger without onions, got one with it, it was no problem at all when we asked the boss about it. He took care of it straight away and got a new one
Have burgers made. Afterwards there was dessert on the house! Thank you for this great experience“

“Had a couple of decent Portuguese beers here. The guy that served us was really friendly and had a good knowledge of the beers.
It was empty at the time of our visit so I can't really comment on the atmosphere but a nice little bar.“

“What a beautiful address! Careful decoration and furniture, both warm and sober, special mention for the covered terrace at the back. A perfect Brazilian soundtrack. Warm and attentive staff and welcome. And finally a cuisine that revisits classics with delicacy and freshness. The portions of the main dishes are VERY generous, and the final value for money is excellent. In short, enjoy!“

“Originally we went to Brasão Aliados, but we didn't have a reservation and it was full. However Brasão arranged for us to have a driver, Sérgio, to transport us to Brasão Antas. Sérgio was amazing, very friendly and attentive. We got a spot on the second-floor terrace, which was nice for a summer evening. We all had Francesinha which is a classic of Brasão, and I highly recommend. After our meal, Sérgio was ready to take us back to Aliados.
I can definitely recommend trying out Brasão (any of them) for a good meal with friends in a chill atmosphere.“

“It was a magical moment, honestly, the building is splendid, the same inside.
The cocktails enhance the charm of this bar because they are delicious.
The prices remain very affordable, honestly if you are staying in Porto go there.“

“Local in the center of Porto, near the "Torre dos Clérigos". Quite a busy place. The staff is very friendly and attentive.
We ordered "just a salad" and some oysters to start, they were good but nothing special. The fish tiradito, quite good and fresh. The eel, very good, but it's just one bite. The preguinho had very tender meat. The desserts were correct.
In short, it was a little expensive, but recommended.“

“Located in one of the city's most trendy neighborhoods - Bonfim - Dona Mira reflects the city's climate of diversity and cultural effervescence. This can be seen as soon as you enter the bar, with the exhibition of photographs of the bar's owners interacting with some of the most important musicians in Brazil. The tribute makes perfect sense since both Carlos and Valéria are renowned producers and singers, respectively.
Here you can find both the comfort to read while drinking a coffee on a rainy afternoon, and the space to share a good wine and some snacks while chatting with friends. At the back of the café there is a terrace where you can make the most of the longest and softest days of the year and, in addition, there is a library. If you didn't bring your book with you to enjoy the moment, no problem, Dona Mira has a library of books to borrow and, even better, there is a small bookstore full of Brazilian editions that are not always easy to find here in Portugal.“

“Great bar with an excellent selection of beers on tap, bottle and can. Knowledgeable staff that can help you out, especially the lovely Ukrainian.
Lovely friendly atmosphere. A place which encourages conversation and had locals and tourists alike.
Small seating area outside.
Piano and guitar available for those that might like to dabble. Bar snacks also .. didn't get round to trying them though.
Visited a couple of times.. recommend it if you enjoy a good beer.“

“Wow! What a surprising place discovered by chance! We went there to taste the beers, and while looking for a table inside, we discovered this magnificent outdoor terrace behind, with the sun setting over the houses. A beautiful view! And while looking for the toilets, another terrace in the basement, more lively this one! The Cannabis Punch beer was an unusual color, but very good!
The bites we tried were enough for us, we would have tasted the hot dog, but the server was very busy and the hunger passed. But all the dishes that were served around were appetizing. ?“

“So friendly and cozy atmosphere in the bar. Nice barmen, good cocktails which you can "compose" by saying a few words and the barman do that unique taste for you personally. And do the polaroid picture of you in addition. Cool Idea! My recommendations ?“

“From the super complete menu, both in drinks and food, to the tasteful space, to the premium location in the best area of Gaia. But what really stands out is the service, both from the manager and the rest of the staff.
In short, it's the best beach bar I know.“

“I come to Mafaldas relatively frequently and I've always really enjoyed it. The food is very good. We may not like a certain dish, due to our personal taste, but never because it is poorly prepared or because it is not fresh. May they last for many years.“

“Oaks Bar, located in Lugar de Moutido, Parque S. Bartolomeu dos Carvalhos in Pedroso, is a hidden gem that offers a unique experience for its visitors. With spectacular views, especially at night, this bar provides a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for an outing with friends or a moment of leisure after a long day.
One of Oaks Bar's standout features is its wide range of board games available for sale, making it an ideal meeting place for gaming enthusiasts. Additionally, the bar hosts themed events and comedy nights, adding an extra layer of fun and entertainment to the place.
However, not everything is perfect. The steep climb up the hill to the bar may be a challenge for some, and nearby parking is quite limited. Despite these minor setbacks, service is quick and efficient, with courteous staff ensuring a pleasant experience. The diverse menu, which includes dishes such as the famous francesinha and a variety of creative cocktails, is also worth highlighting.
In summary, Oaks Bar is a place worth visiting for those who appreciate beautiful views, a good selection of board games, and a welcoming atmosphere. Just be prepared for the climb and consider alternative transportation options due to limited parking.“

“The music is always great and the staff is very friendly and relaxed.
The interior has a very colorful and cool vibe, where even the stairs to the bathroom are a good spot for taking photos.
Outside we were able to enjoy a beautiful view of the city, with an incredible sunset.
The food is delicious. You can see the chefs' effort to think outside the box and come up with interesting ideas - The best thing is that everything works and delivers a lot of flavor. We tried the potatoes, the breaded cauliflower, the chicken burger and the roasted peanuts.
The dishes that changed our lives: the tapioca cubes and the cheese bread waffle with guava paste.
The variety of beers is as usual and the staff is available to help you understand the differences and arrive at your favorite beers.“
“We discovered this place walking down the street by chance and we went two days in a row to eat. They have two "pratos do día" every day that cost 6.50. We have tried the bacalhau à Braga which was quite delicious and the stroganoff. We also saw that the francesinha looked good and we ordered one with egg for €13 although the meat was a little raw and we had to ask for it to be cooked a little more. I definitely recommend it. Plus it's super cheap.“

“If you want a really special dining experience while you're in Lisbon, this is the place to go. Joice and Luis prepare your meal as you watch and chat with them. It's very intimate and unique and everything they prepared was delicious. The prices are also quite reasonable. Be sure to get a reservation, as there are only two tables but be prepared for a fun evening!“
“All opinions here are personal, therefore... Great bar, excellent place with good people, great service. It's worth experiencing. Remembering that it is a bar and sometimes crowded, things can sometimes take a while, but it is worth the experience.“

“We visited this pub on the very first evening of our stay in Porto and went to many other places later. In hindsight we all agree that this was - by far - the best place to eat. The waiters were lovely, and very fast! They also explained everything we asked about and we were grateful for their patience with us! If there's a queue, you can ask the waiters to write your name on the waiting list and they will come outside and tell you once a table's available. There were 10 people in front of us but we only waited for 15 minutes and had a very pleasant chat with some locals in the meantime. I highly recommend to try the cachorrinho. If you're still hungry after that, order a second one :D“

“The place where the locals eat and drink is therefore familiar, good and cheap, with a beautiful view of the river and the other side. The owner refused to even accept a tip. We ordered three types of food, all of them were huge and delicious.“
“Beer place with a backyard/garden. Has quite a few different beers and some drinks and wine. Sweet service and we got a nice list of other beer places in the city we had to see.
Slightly different, you get a card with a qr code which is used when you order food and drink. This card is used when paying. You can just use a card, but we all got one.“

“Very accepting and welcoming and an absolute vibe. I don’t have much need to say how wonderful this bar is the space is a little cramped but I still enjoyed it very much. If you’re looking for a fun time with fun people and happy legends this is the right spot. Drinks are not too expensive but they are a little higher than usual. But you pay for what want. They had drag queens come in and liven up the party. I had a Porto tonic for the first time. It was ok not the most amazing drink I’ve ever had honestly. But it was worth a try.“

“I am staying in a hostel nearby. I passed by this local bar by chance on a Friday night. I went in for some quick bites and some beers. The bifana and chicken wings were deliciously and completely blew my expectations away. The server was sweet, and the owner was amazing. He was in the bar socializing the whole night. He offered some treats and constantly checked up on everyone. The bar got packed with locals later in the evening, and the atmosphere was incredible.“

“Por Acaso, or "by the way" in Portuguese, is quite the coincidental find in Porto. It's almost like fate, but, you know, by the way! :D But seriously, this place is no random discovery. If, by the way, you happen to wander into its vicinity and decide, oh, by the way, to order something (which, by the way, you totally should because the prices are just right considering the top-notch food and service), you'll end up falling head over heels for this spot. And, wouldn't you know it, you'll start showing up here more and more, not just by the way, but because you can't resist.By the way, they serve Portuguese cuisine with a dash of Brazilian influence. So, if you're looking for a delightful dining experience, make sure to stop by Por Acaso. You won't be disappointed, by the way!“
