Oven didn't work, snack was cold. It took more than 40 minutes in line, all Uber eats orders go in front of whoever is waiting there. It was terrible, I'll never go back.

It's a shame to give this bad rating, because I like the sandwiches there.But today was too much, about a month ago, the oven broke down and the store was without an oven for 3 weeks.I went twice on purpose to eat there and in the end I ate at the other entity.Somewhat unthinkable for a store as well-known as this one, but today I went back to eat my sandwich, they asked me to wait 20 minutes for the oven to heat up!! So far so good!!But after 30 minutes they say that the oven doesn't work because the oven turns the store light down...Unforgivable for a store like Subway,Conclusion I waited 30 minutes to go eat somewhere else...They even provide solutions, but the price of microwaved or cold sandwiches remains the same.THANK YOU for the experience.

Very bad service, the products were not fresh and tasted like they had been stored for a long time, I didn't eat all the vegetables that came in the sandwich because there were some that seemed to have frozen and then had already defrosted and had a terrible taste. Furthermore, we were not allowed to heat the sandwich to brown the cheese and heat the meat and bread. Furthermore, the service was very slow and not at all helpful. But I went a year ago and it wasn't presentable and with fresh products and at the moment I haven't found that anymore.

I visited this place few days ago and I had the worst customer service experience. This Subway outlet didn’t have complete ingredients to put in my burger. There was no cabbage. There was no fries. Fries is the key food and everyone would love to have. They served cold food. I heard a lot about this outlet and thought of visiting it. But it was not a wise decision, I guess. I understand that sometimes few ingredients finish from the front desk but I’m sure they have them back in storage. It is the main theme. I could have waited for sometime if staff told me to wait so that they could bring it from backstage. But I was told “sorry, we don’t have it”.No warm food was served.There were no fries.They don’t have complete ingredients.If you want to keep bringing or attracting more customers, please at least have all ingredients.And I more thing, there was only one staff member at that time. About three customers were waiting and there was no one to serve in a timely manner.

I am a frequent customer and whenever I come across an employee, non-Portuguese, dark hair, super unfriendly and slovenly, I am perplexed with the service. The first time I went I asked for rustic potatoes and they told me they didn't have any. The colleague watched, apologized and went to make the potatoes for me. Another time, I was on the phone, not happy to have to stop and answer, I asked for another tray as there were two menus, he said they were dirty, not giving me the tray. Customers to follow had trays. Sandwiches are poorly prepared, careless and poorly cooked compared to other employees. Not friendly or helpful. I already stopped going there because I was this employee at the counter. I opted for another location.
