I placed an order through the website yesterday for the first time. Very intuitive and accessible website. Practical in its use, good description of the menus and how to place an order. Arriving at the place to collect the order, I find myself in a restaurant entrance/reception with no lights, no one and an intense odor of pure bleach. Meanwhile, I found a lady in the restaurant who was almost lying on a sofa talking via video call on her cell phone in a “foreign” language. I presented my card to pay (a specific card where you can only pay in restaurants or supermarkets) which I had previously researched on the same app to see if the restaurant was a member (and it was), and immediately the lady told me “that card isn’t here from the!" , I replied that I had consulted the card app and the restaurant was there as a member. He contested that no matter what is on the website, he does not accept that card. I paid with another and left. I get home, open the take-away packaging and my God, how horrible the sushi looked. The hot rolls were soaked in oil and looked dark. The sushi mix was cold, the rice looked like porridge and the fish was clearly not fresh. The philadelphia fried shrimp temaki was lumpy and not fresh and the shrimp, in addition to being dry as can be seen in the photographs, was not clean. We ordered shrimp tempura and it was completely dried out, obviously not fresh. We also ordered two vegetable crepes which had nothing in them, no filling whatsoever, just traces of some carrot shavings, very small in size, and were also not fresh. I don't recommend it at all. I dare say that this restaurant is a serious risk to public health.

I really liked it, the atmosphere was pleasant. The food was wonderful and using tablets to place an order is almost perfect. There were only two items missing during the entire dinner. I'm sorry that it's difficult to access for those who use crutches or a wheelchair. One of the guests in our group had an accident and had reduced mobility and was unable to climb the stairs (many and cramped)

Everything is beautiful, well colored. Delicious food and fast service, however I couldn't stay inside the restaurant any longer due to the heat. Simply unbearable. The air conditioning didn't work and the windows were all closed.

It was once good and is now in decline. Lack of hygiene. A nauseating smell. Employees putting their fingers in their mouths. Very bad indeed.

We arrived at 2:25 a.m. and they told us that they could no longer give us a table because the kitchen was going to close. They close at 3pm…. First and last attempt. The truth is I had some expectations but the atmosphere was not as the photos show, and the service even less so.

Reasonable sushi for an all you can eat chain, with good variety. The sangrias are good but with little real volume - too much ice and fruit to fill up, which makes the price a bit excessive. Good for groups (the visit was in a birthday atmosphere).
