I do not recommend !!!!!! We were a group of 10 people and we waited 1h45 for our food! After a lot of begging for the order, the employees tell us that the kitchen had forgotten and that we were right for the dissatisfaction. They even suggested that we speak to the kitchen to complain… After all the waiting, the food arrived in installments! We indicated that the meat would have to be rare and it arrived well done. With all the displeasure, we asked to call the restaurant manager! His stance was execrable, he doubted what we suggested and did not present any solution! In addition, he made a point of ridiculing the conversation we were having due to the bad experience of the “Armazém” restaurant, which curiously belongs to the same owner. This gentleman must learn the rules of good manners and how to treat customers. We have been visiting Sagres for years and unfortunately this is a restaurant that we will definitely not return to!
