In response to this establishment's response to my original review below:
#1). Your hours indicate that you are open from 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm. As I stated in my review, we arrived at 2pm, not 2:30pm. You were still open at 2pm. Therefore, I am shocked that you are claiming that we were disrespectful. You were open. How is it disrespectful to arrive at a restaurant during opening hours?
#2) Your waiter never said he couldn't serve us because of the time. He stated he was short staffed and had no tables inside and didn't want to serve us outside. So it wasn't time. It was because he wanted to go home at 2:30 pm. He should have been honest and said the kitchen closes at 2pm and the restaurant closes at 2:30pm. Instead he told us a story about tables and being the only waiter.

I am furious with the way we were treated at this restaurant today June 10, 2024 at 2pm. We arrived at this restaurant at 2pm. My wife uses a cane, but the waiter didn't care. All the tables inside were completely occupied, but although there were a lot of people eating outside, there were 2 tables available. The waiter approached us. He seemed very hyper and told us that we couldn't sit outside but that we had to sit inside to be served but since there were no tables inside he couldn't serve us. I asked why he couldn't serve us outside as there were tables and people eating outside. He said it was just him and one other server and it was very busy. I was shocked. I asked him why then do they have the number of tables they have? Or to accommodate the number of tables they have, why not have more waiters? How would seating just two more people at the available tables cause more burden for him? Furthermore, what he said made no sense. He said if there was a table inside he could serve us. But because the table was outside he couldn't? Isn't it the same burden? If the table is inside or outside? My personal belief is that he simply didn't want to deal with another table. If it were winter and slow, he would be begging people to come inside.

Worse burger I had ever had. Sad to say but MacDonalds are better.Burger was poorly cooked, tasted like water. Looks like they took it out from the freezer onto the grill.Only had ONE slice of lettuce ?. The bun was not fresh and the smallest piece of cheese I’ve ever seen on a burger.I mentioned to the owner/manager and she simply turned her back on me.This was the second time I visited the restaurant and definitely the last !The first time we were a group of 14 and also had poor food but decided to give it another try. Definitely a mistake.

The cheese, ham and sausages board is well served in quantity but in terms of quality I consider it to be above the price it should be. The entrecôte arrived at the table cold and I paid €7.50 for a petit gâteau which was marked at €4.50 but it turned out there was no scoop of ice cream included and it is not properly visible/explicit on the menu
