We went to this place with friends for the first time, They are buying a house nearby. The portions are large. Three had liver and one had Salmon and prawn skewers. The special of the day was 6.50€ the Owner is a real special character, with perfect English. The food is 100% Portuguese. Great place and a nice little village as well.
Great little village restaurant. Lots of choice at very good prices on the menu. Well stocked and delicious plates. And the boss’s smile as a bonus. (€19 for two well-served dishes and a large bottle of water)
This is a place where you should stop to eat. Even though I live far away, when I travel around these parts of the Algarve I make a point of eating at this restaurant and I always leave very satisfied, this week was no exception. I know it's my fault because I love crushed olives and the Algarve is where they make them best, I'm sorry they're not part of the cover charge.In any case, the quality of the food served and the service are really good.
