The restaurant is very beautiful and the owners are super polite and concerned. However, the one time we went, we had a terrible experience with the service. We were served by a girl called Carolina, who initially seemed friendly, but after she brought the first dish, she left us in the corner and we practically had to beg for anything we wanted. Meanwhile, the table next door, which apparently had frequent customers, was served by a waiter + the owner, while we continued waiting to order a glass with ice and repeats. When the girl finally looks at me, I ask her to please come and help us and she responds “my colleague will be right with you”. After a while, a guy arrived and I asked for a glass with ice and it took about 10 minutes for him to bring it. In the end, I was really full and I left ONE piece of sushi. We got up to pay, when the girl called us in the middle of everyone, speaking loud enough for everyone around her to hear and said “hey, aren't you going to eat this? It’s better to eat otherwise you’ll have to pay €1 for waste.” So, super embarrassed, my wife returned to the table and ate. For me, I would have paid and left. We really don't intend to go back. Average food, little variety, service that was undoubtedly one of the worst I've ever received in Portugal... the worst of all is that we went on recommendation and to celebrate our wedding anniversary. That feeling of money wasted... walk a little further and go to Benavente. There is a sushi place called Al-Kawa and without a doubt in terms of quality, variety and, above all, service, it surpasses so much that it is worth taking the route a little further.

Upon entering the space, I was greeted with a friendly smile from an employee who then accompanied me to the table. I ordered the executive menu: they brought a simple cover with white bread and cornbread accompanied by butter; for main I ordered the Tuna with vegetables which was divine (steak perfectly cooked and very well seasoned); for dessert chocolate mousse with equally delicious crumble and coffee at the end. I paid the modest amount of €13 for a meal that left me very satisfied. I will definitely be back!

We ate Ovos Rotos Gullaoso, which was an excellent dish with a base of cream sauce, on top of fried potatoes with beef and fresh mushrooms and on top of 1 fried egg wrapped with slivers of ham, and Picanha at the rare point that we wanted with a delicious flavor and accompanied with thin fried potatoes, beans, rice and 1 fried egg. Homemade chocolate mousse dessert with farofa on top of the mousse and pannacota at the creamy pudding point and on top red fruit jam covered with farofa, they were balanced and light desserts at the right point that left us satisfied.Restaurant with bright air, which creates a good atmosphere for chatting and enjoying the food, and an open kitchen where we can see all the work being done and the organization of the kitchen and living room that exists. 5 star service, everyone was very friendly and helpful.In terms of value, I think the value is more than acceptable for all the service provided to us.I recommend D'wine Gulla Restaurant 100%.
