Honestly, I ordered 2 iced coffees, I know that their way of making it is iced with hot coffee, the taste was me... since it was a lukewarm coffee, as a suggestion use cold coffee so that the experience is uhhh how refreshing and I want more in time of mmmm ok thanks but I won't ask for it again. The other thing was that we had to look for the waiter, we waited 15 minutes for him to arrive at the space where we were and the order arrived in 30 minutes, which is to say thank goodness I wasn't in a hurry, because if so, I get up from the chair and I go and the waffle was dough with ice cream on top, not even a decoration (at least a little chocolate sauce). So.... First and last time, I don't recommend it and it's also a little expensive for what we consume

Terrible food, soggy fish cooked from frozen in old oil, chips were undercooked and I waited for food for 1 hour. The only fresh juice they make is orange juice, the rest of juices they claim is 'fresh' is actually made from little of frozen fruit and mixed with lots of ice. They don't care about quality of food anymore, this company just wants money out of tourists, quality went down dramatically over the years. Disgusting and expensive. Will avoid this companies' restaurants. The worst in whole Madeira.

Worst Pina colada in my life. There was no alcohol at all. It was even worse than when I tried to make it at home ? Service was not bad but not great either, we ordered and they brought bill immediately, what if we wanted to order something more?

What a disappointing experience. The view was beautiful but the food and service were much less than average. Latte was mediocre. Waffle with banana and chocolate looked very nice but the flavor was not that good.

Greedy coffee, the fries are clearly not fresh and are fried in the same oil as fish, people complain and the staff know, but nothing is done to change... Not to mention the pizzas that are frozen.
