EAT HERE. This place is SO good. The arepas are delicious and huge for a good price. Best food I had while on the island, and I went ALL OVER the island. The staff are really nice! A very cute family owned restaurant. Would recommend stopping here if you are passing through or coming from the airport. You will be sad if you miss it!!!

The best restaurant on the island! The food was so delicious that I had to eat there twice! It’s been three months since I’ve been there, and I’m still thinking of those cachapas that I had! I will definitely eat there again if I ever go to Madeira again. -The guy from the two Coke Zeros ?

Very good food. We ordered tequeños, empanadas, arepas, cachapas and pepitos. All of 10 There was a celiac at the table and she was able to eat cachapa and arepa without a problem (they were gluten-free). The empanadas are fried in the same oil as the tequeños, so there is cross contamination with gluten and they are not suitable for celiacs.
Vegetarian options: There are many meat-free dishes.

Very good service and the food made to order, very good. I just thought that in the empanada recipe you could add a dash of sugar to get that sweet-salty flavor. But, very good!

Pleasant space in the center of Santa Cruz.For anyone who likes Venezuelan food, I highly recommend it! I tried an empanada and an arepa and the freshness of the products was clearly noticeable in both. I highly recommend it to anyone who likes this type of cuisine.
