Spectacular food at a great price. beautiful little sea side restaurant. Absolutely recommended!
The food was bad, fries were undercooked, meat had no taste. I recommend poncha(very strong)and bred but honestly, what conclusion do you draw when even some fried potatoes can't be cooked well

What a great place to eat! Food and service is excellent. Really enjoyed our visits.
Good food with excellent service. Very affordable. The grilled salmon was great.
Excellent food and very friendly service by the restaurant owner. We had the two traditional Madeiran meals, Espada (scabbard fish) with banana and Espetada (beef kebab). Both were outstanding! the vegetable that came with the fish were cooked to perfection. The bolo do caco (garlic bread) nicely rounded out the meal. all of this with a glass of a nice house red and Coca Cola with real cane sugar for 30 euros. That is hard to beat...
Nice place to eat on the beach. Reasonable prices and very friendly staff. If you're vegan you can have a soup here, but that's pretty much it. It has toilets and parking at the front.
Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options but not vegan except the soup. Wich is always just veggies. No egg or milk. It's €2.5 in 2023
Kid-friendliness: They have big tables and chairs for kids .
Simply perfect! Famous food, quick service and super price!
Friendly and good service, delicious food at fair prices... What more could you ask for!?
One of my favourite places to eat in Madeira. Small, unassuming, friendly, tasty local food, fantastic Poncha, even some nice vegetarian options.Don't miss the typical bread soup. What a treat!
Vegetarian options: The soup, omelette, chips, pasta, bolo, desert, are all vegetarian.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can wheel in from either front door or back door

Best food in Madeira! Traditional fish and meat kebab was just mouth wattering. Personal speaks English fluently.Highly recomed for everyone!
Amazing food, really nice prices and super friendly staff!!
Good food, sizeable portions, friendly service, family run. Price / quality very good. Wine list decent.
Sadly we were disappointed by the food at the place; we ordered the more expensive items on the menu and they were just meat, rice and potatoes. Double carb was unnecessary and unwelcome. The 'house dinner' option is better value and comes with actual vegetables, so I would suggest that rather than the a la carte things. The service was fine and the vibe was OK, though it is quiet. Locals did come but not to eat, just for a drink or two
Best limpets in the area, good food prices. Nice but sometimes slow service, overall enjoyable.
