The staff, particularly the young lady, are pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The seafood rice, prepared by Senhor Mourão, is a highlight, and the service is unique, with the gentleman serving the room being efficient and never showing signs of being overwhelmed. Overall, O Mourão is a great choice for a meal out, and customers will not be disappointed.
