I chose this restaurant to celebrate an event, and at a good time I did so. Cozy atmosphere, personalized service, well-prepared food and a divine dessert to finish. The meatloaf melted in your mouth and the cream dessert melted with extreme sweetness. We loved dinner and will happily return to this place where we are treated like family.

Very unpleasant. I had to make a huge effort to find out the price of the dishes - something that should be absolutely basic and easily accessible in any business, especially when in this situation the Incanto restaurant asked our group to order the dishes days before we even arrived. to the restaurant. Having failed to obtain the information this way, I tried the number suggested to me. The experience that followed was even worse. I explained to the girl who served me that it is mandatory by law for the menu to include prices and I reinforced that it would be even more critical in a situation where we are asked to choose in advance, with no chance of asking any employee on the spot. To this statement she asked me “So what item do you want to know the price of?” to which I, logically, respond: “Of all.”. She responds with an irritating “I don’t understand.” To which I explained “I would like to see a list, the same as the one you provided to my friend, but which indicates the price of the items. Only then can I make a conscious choice. Just because some people don't mind spending their money more unconsciously doesn't mean I have to do it too. Instead of telling me item by item via phone call, wouldn’t it be easier to send a photo of the menu via Whatsapp or email?” Her: “Ah, we don’t have high-quality pdfs of prices.” Is it necessary to say that I and any rational being don't want to know this? We traveled from Vila Nova de Gaia (after trying to contact the restaurant without success), with the intention of having lunch on the terrace, as we were accompanied by our dog. As soon as we arrived, we saw that the tables and chairs on the terrace were stacked, we asked if there was the possibility of unstacking a table, the answer was that for just 2 people, it would not be worth the work of setting up the terrace. Incomprehensible, terrible management.
