To begin with, I made a reservation, when I arrived I explained to the person that I had a reservation and didn't even want to listen, they told me to wait in the cold, only after my husband came in did he listen! We ordered francesinha calzone, the dough was raw, I ordered spinach cannelloni with literally no flavor whatsoever and no cheese to taste, pasta with spinach and milk as there was zero creamy! I literally left a full plate and they didn't even pay attention, let alone ask why my plate was barely touched... for dessert I had to wait 20 minutes for the bill! The only reason I didn't progress to the complaints book is because it's Sunday and I have family first and time is money! But I will proceed with the complaint on the complaints portal!
