We had a birthday dinner (14 people) and the whole experience was terrible! We ordered the tasting menu and drinks. They started by bringing the starter, we ate and they didn't even bring drinks. We asked about drinks several times and the answer was always the same “they are coming out”. The drinks arrived about 20 minutes (or so) after finishing the starter. However, they brought a pizza (by mistake) that was meant for the next table. The waiting time between starters, pasta, pizza and dessert was really long! We even commented that the waiting time made us sleepy. It is unacceptable! I really don't recommend it!

A regrettable experience. This is the fourth time I have been to this restaurant and every time there is a problem. Long waits, changing bills, little food at group dinners and little or no empathy on the part of the person in charge.This time, the wait for dinner took 3 hours. What should have been a good time spent among friends, celebrating a birthday, became uncomfortable and boring. We were a group, with a menu agreed in advance, which should facilitate the service, however, what happened were long periods of waiting, between the starters and the main course, we were served a pizza to apologize for the delay and, when it was finally Once the main meal is served, it comes cold.You are asked to speak to the person in charge, he does not come to the table, we are the ones who go to the kitchen counter to show our dissatisfaction, on the other side an attitude of little concern with the problem presented. He heats the food and it arrives on the table in small dessert plates, without any presentation. After some time, the man comes to the table with an attitude of indifference, not apologizing for the bad service, not offering a solution to improve the situation, not caring. He said “do what you want, if you want to eat, eat, if you don't want, leave. I already know these people” Well, you don’t know these people. We were 13 clients, which could generate more clients, which will not happen. This way you gradually lose a business. A restaurant not to be recommended.

Without a doubt spectacular. I have no words to describe this establishment, excellent quality in all the dishes and then the service from the waiters and the management is perhaps one of the best factors for visiting this place and without a doubt one of the best gastronomic experiences I have had.
