I have been a massa9va customer for a long time and have never been left behind until today. I came for dinner and ordered what I always order: Verona pasta without nuts. After waiting for half an hour, the pasta arrives at the table completely cold, I let it pass until I tasted some broccoli and it was almost raw I called the employee and informed him, he took my dish and brought the pasta back after just 5 minutes this time. only half cold broccoli still not continued and they changed the plate which was also cold the only thing hot on the table was the glass for water. This had never happened to me until now, apparently there is a first time for everything.

It was once an excellent place for lunch/dinner, now the staff is almost all foreigners and has no idea of Portuguese... Forget asking for more sauce or less of this or that, they don't understand anything. The meal is made in a hurry and without much flavor, the sauce was very watery but good ?♂️

I loved the pizzas in general, they were all divine, but there's no point in being something excellent and failing in the others. I ordered an orange juice that only had orange essence, and my boyfriend was very specific when he asked for just “a piece of ice”, as we all know it ends up being watery. Not satisfied, I spoke to the waitress and she said it was really normal for the orange and didn't try to take any action about it.
