Well, I ordered a cake in this space, showed the model (first photo) and ASKED if they could make it and I was told yes, TODAY, my son's birthday, my wife went to pick up the cake and received the work of art which can be seen in the 2nd photo, in addition to writing the child's name wrong, I ask, does the baker know what he is doing? Is it difficult to verify the name? Is it difficult to look at the model, realize that it is not the same and look for a solution? If you're not capable, don't accept the request, now delivering an aberration like this, with the wrong name, two hours before the event and still having the nerve to say you can't do anything and a huge lack of professionalism, I was embarrassed to deliver this.I don't see my money anymore, not even for a coffee, and whenever someone asks me for my opinion on this bakery I will make a point of telling and showing this cake, what a SHAME, shame on the cake, on the baker and on the service.
