We sat on the terrace, where we had a romantic ambience at sunset. All the dishes looked very good, but a bit sparse in terms of taste. Pasta with coconut and saffron had no coconut flavor. I only got 2 small mussels and 2 shrimps on these noodles. Actually a no go for the price. Orange risotto didn't taste like oranges. Meat and fish dishes tasted good, but not impressive. However, we were thrilled with the desserts, they were perfect and surprisingly good! Very nice service!

What a pleasant surprise. They had a Beyond Vegan burger served without a bun on perfectly cooked veggies with a balsamic reduction and a cauliflower appetizer with tasty molhos and other veggies. The view alone was worth the drive and made all the better with great food.

Overall disappointing… dishes looked beautiful, but the vegetables had nearly no seasoning/taste. The view is amazing (if you have the right table). We got the food and first drink relatively fast but then the waitress disappeared! We wanted to get more drinks and desserts but never saw again a waitress… We gave up after waiting for 30 minutes and left. The 2 tables next to us didn’t even got the chance to order while we waited (we left before they got any food)

It's simple we did'nt ate, we waited for like 20 minutes to order but nobody came. The service seems to be not organised. While one waitress is taking all the orders the others were folding napkins. Isn't more important to help the other waitress with the order than folding the napkins?
The restaurant seems calm and pleasant but we didn't have the chance to test it because it was to long.

We had lunch in this restaurant because we wanted to enjoy the natural swimming pools in the afternoon. The view of the Porto Moniz swimming pools was superb, the service impeccable but the food was really not great, the vegetables were undercooked, the pink tuna steak requested arrived overcooked on plates which were put in the oven, this is not not surprising (bought a plate warmer), quite disappointed by the taste quality of our dishes which was nevertheless very pretty. A fairly expensive addition for only two dishes, two drinks and a piece of garlic bread, €59. You will find better for less.
