Very normal restaurant, of average quality. The service is pleasant but somewhat slow.
There is not much quality variety in the area either, so if you are in Santana and have time to eat somewhere else, don't hesitate.

Local in the center of Santana with seating both inside (air-conditioned room) and outside on a pleasant terrace, with convenient free parking nearby. We took the stuffed persimmon bolo and a Maracuja cheesecake. The sandwich and the quality of the ingredients are excellent (we recommend the one with the steak and egg which is more typical rather than the one with the hamburger inside). Mediocre cheesecake, I don't recommend it. Two sandwiches, two drinks and a dessert, just over 20 euros. Good value for money.

If you don't speak Portuguese, move on. Cooking of meat failed twice. The first time I tell them it's overcooked and they'll cook it more. Language problem. Damage.

We really like lunch on Sunday. There was good goat meat, a great sword dish with banana and a big, tasty prego on the plate. I recommend!

The best restaurant in Santana for my taste. The attention of the waiters is very good, one even speaks perfect Spanish. It is close to the typical Madeiran houses. For dinner we ordered a T-bone with potatoes (a spectacle at its best) and some lulas (very delicious). For dessert we ordered the passion fruit cheesecake (the best we have ever had)
Highly recommended. At dinner there was practically no one and we played for around €22 per head.

Nice restaurant in the center of Santani. I had very well and tasty meat and fries. The prices are different - you can find both cheap and expensive food. Small portions are actually big. You can also order a banana beer - I recommend it!

An excellent restaurant in the center of Santana. Friendly staff and a very nice waiter. The opportunity to taste local food, traditional bolo do caco, various types of meat and local banana beer! I tried the vegetarian burger and there was also a vegan one :)
