A surprise in Santarém, very good food with excellent presentation. Open show kitchen with plenty of “show”. Unconventional Italian restaurant with very well seasoning. Some interesting vegetarian options although scarce. Very good desserts too!
Vegetarian options: Few vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: No reference to gluten free options on the menu although they have adapted a pasta dish. There are no gluten-free (or reduced) pizzas.

The lasagna is wonderful. The pizadog starter is also very good and not spicy. There is wine by the glass chosen from the menu. Beautiful and peaceful environment.

Italian restaurant with very different options than usual and great quality. The presentation of the dishes is also very beautiful. In the pasta dish with pistachio and pesto, the pesto has a pretty good flavor, which must be what they did. They have a huge selection of wines. It's not overly expensive and the food doesn't take long to arrive either. The environment is super pleasant. I highly recommend it.

Without realizing it, a light atmosphere leads you to relax and invites you to savor all the quality of good Italian food.

Food is not to everyone's tastes.
They focus on combining flavours, which works most times. However, sometimes, parts of the dishes feel lacking.
Also, I can't forgive serving and emptying a full pitcher of sangria immediately after it was made. No time at all to let the flavours mix.

We were in this restaurant with a local family friend.
This restaurant and the food are a culinary experience.
The modern interpretation of Italian cuisine and the tradition of the teachings of the Academia Italiana Cucina Italia are truly remarkable.
The play with the flavors is a dream.
The wines are excellent and the interpretation of the tiramisu is truly divine!
Thanks to the team and especially to the kitchen and the boss...
Excellent service.
Kind regards M Brückner
P.S. The carbonara was excellent.

Had a family dinner at Amassa, and while being hyped up, it lived up to the promise. Italy meets Portugal I would dare to say. Definitely recommended for a good dinner
