Rude and unpleasant staff. Its location is also in a small business park which kills any atmosphere and or view of outside. I won’t be back here.

We have been coming here for several years. The past two years the service has been horrible. The lady who serves there regularly is so rude. Twice we have been there well before closing and have been denied service. The most recent time we went, we called ahead to make sure the kitchen was open and they confirmed it closes at 23h30. We arrived at 22h45 with my small kids and were denied service. We left with two hungry kids again and limited food options

The service is lamentable, nonchalant and without a smile, you get the impression that you're intruding, especially if you're alone. Even the tapas they serve when you arrive are not as well garnished for a single person, and the ingredients are different: olive oil and bread.but if you're three or four people the garnish is much richer.
And when you're a foreigner, you're not entitled to any consideration. On the other hand, the food is good.

I was very disappointed with the attitude of the manager who called out the intern to customers for not cleaning a table. In my opinion, this reminder should be made after lunch, without customers. Worse than that, the situation was unfair in the sense that the said person was being burdened by the colleague with whom he worked.
This person is not very friendly and not very proactive. Even one of the times we wanted to place a new order, they didn't receive it, sending the intern to do the same. And immediately after handing over the bill to the next table and lifting the excess plates as they became empty... This whole situation lost the magic of the place and the food.

Great option for dinner on a Friday night, several options on the menu including sushi and Italian, with a variety of high quality products. Starters with well-seasoned and smooth focaccia. Tasty octopus rissotto nero, well seasoned, octopus somewhat rubbery, but tasty. Saltimboca veal that falls apart in your mouth, slightly fatty sauce, lime risotto and phenomenal cheese. Phenomenal service, with quality staff.

I thought the food was terrible. I had already visited the restaurant on Valentine's night and it was the worst experience of my life. Lots of people, a room full of people shouting and a completely chaotic atmosphere. The owners or employees running like crazy and the service losing quality. I don't understand why they committed to so many clients on a night where couples are looking for romantic places to talk. They defined a menu that had no place at all. Nachos at an Italian restaurant? 4 pizzas with no quality whatsoever? In short, everything was terrible and without any panache.
I returned this past weekend and although the menu was not the same as on Valentine's night, the food ordered was poor. I don't understand if the owners don't prove what they serve to the customer.
