Terrible service...tables all dirty, ordering took extremely long. The food, despite the waiting time, was only lukewarm. And the environment is full of dust everywhere and the refill doesn't even work. I never expected to see some of these things in fast food chains. The brand should see what is happening in this place. Because this image is really bad.

Great atmosphere, excellent food like in all KFC, but in terms of service there is a lot to improve, the servers are talking in the kitchen and customers have to wait at the counter until they finish and come to serve us, this is recurring and it happened to me several times , so much so that last time I gave up and went to eat elsewhere.

I love KFC, I really liked the burger ?. However, today the potato was VERY salty, I had to hit the potato on the tray to reduce the salt, but it still remained salty. I went with 2 other friends, and theirs were also very salty. We eat everything because we don't like to spoil food. Below is a photo of what the board looked like.
